Peacefully on July 25, 2026, at Leslie Groves; in her 87th year. 

Best friend and dearly loved wife of the late Jim, dearly loved mother of Sharron (Carr), and Tony, Mother-in-law of Anita, dearly loved Grandma of Erin, and Laura (Canberra), loved daughter of Christina* and  Roy* Congalton, loved sister of June* and Ken* Greig,  Betty* and Merv* Daniels, Doris* and Maurice* Payne, Peggy* and Johnny* Johnston, loved daughter-in-law of Ernie* and  Lena*, sister-in-law of Shirley* and Jim* Bootten, much loved aunty of all her nieces and nephews, loving and dedicated carer of Louis. (*denotes deceased)

A huge thank you for the wonderful care, love and kindness Flo received from all of the staff at Dunedin Hospital, Ward 8 Med and Leslie Groves, Ferntree and Taieri units.
